Little is known of P/O Eastman at this time. He is noted in the ORB as being posted No.2 APC on 18/05/1942. He was the squadron Navigation Officer.
It is unconfirmed at this time if he is the "F/O Eastman" pictured below.
There were no op's flown on the day this photo was taken. Unfortunately a few days later on the 21st, P/O St. Ours (observer) and P/O Boggon (pilot) were lost when their Hudson was shot down by a German fighter.
