Little is known of F/O Kemp at this time. He was an Australian WAG on the Squadron between Oct. 1943 and Dec. 1944.

According to the Australian National Archives, RAAF personnel records, he was born on 10 July 1920 in Alberton SA and enlisted in Adelaide.
