2Lt F Naylor (pilot) and 2Lt Horace John Cook Reynish (observer) of No 59 Sqn RFC, were flying RE 8 No A3600 when they were killed in action on 23 March 1918. The RE 8 left Léalvillers aerodrome at 06:30 on a photographic mission. There's no corresponding German fighter pilot claim; it's most likely that the aeroplane was brought down by ground fire. source
