Name of Captain: P/O Bisham RAF
Aircraft: Bristol Blenheim Mk.IV - Lockheed Hudson Mk.III-V
Crew Details:

The ORB notes that P/O Bispham was posted to the Squadron on 14.10.1941. It is unknown at this stage whether all of the crew above were posted with him on this day. That night, whilst undertaking night flying training, their aircraft crashed after take off. The ORB notes that P/O Bispham and two unamed crew members were slightly injured but Sgt Sweeting was seriously injured.

It appears that P/O Bispham did not return to flying duties before the Squadron was stood down from operations on Dec. 17, 1941, after 18 of their crews and aircraft were reallocated to the Far East.
