Little is known of F/O Brundell at this time. He was a WAG on the Squadron between March 1942 and Nov. 1943.

He was a member of Sgt Moody's Hudson crew.

According to the Australian National Archives, RAAF personnel records, he was born on 1st September 1908 in Selby, England and enlisted in Sydney.
